Since 2013, Atelier Beauty Bar has been a staple in the Reno Beauty Industry. We are a salon & beauty boutique that prides ourselves on providing a salon experience unlike any other in Reno. If you've visited us before you know we offer top-notch customer service from the way our front desk staff greets you upon arrival to the quality service you receive from our service providers.

We know your results are only as good as the products we use, which is why we carefully select the brands we partner with. We only use quality color brands like; Loreal Professionnel and Redken. We carry only the highest quality shampoos, conditioners, and stylers including: Kerastase & Oribe.

In our Aesthetics department we believe in taking a results driven approach to skin care, while still allowing you to relax. That's why we offer a wide array of skin care services from facials to chemical peels. We also offer specialty services like microneedling and dermaplaning. We are always expanding our Aesthetic service menu to offer you the latest and greatest! Our Estheticians know that your results are only as good as the products we use, so we partner with brands like Eminence Organics, PCA Skin and Face Reality to give you the best options for your skin needs.

Education is at the center of our culture, which is why our service providers receive frequent continuing education classes to make sure we are always well versed in the latest trends in hair, lashes & skin. We have an education team in our salon that works together to provide a top-notch training program to new graduates in our community through our Associate Program. If you've been to our salon it's highly likely you've seen our Associates in training working alongside one of our educators on a guest or training on doll heads with their educator.

SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card number is required for all bookings. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask for 24 hour notice. If you are unable to provide 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your service charge. No show appointments will also be charged 50%. No exceptions.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may be subject to a change in service provider or may be subject to reschedule. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be treated as a no show and charged a 50% fee.

NO CHILDREN POLICY
As a courtesy to all guests as well as for safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon at any time. Children ages 12 and older are permitted in the salon only when receiving services. Guests who arrive with a child accompanying them who is not receiving a service of their own, will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to late cancellation fees.

REFUNDS
Atelier will not offer any refunds for any cancellation fees, product purchases or services rendered. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, we do offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact our Front Desk Team within 7 days of your initial appointment. At that time, you will be offered a complimentary adjustment appointment with the same stylist you were initially booked with. In most cases, these appointments are simple adjustments to get it just right.

PRODUCT RETURNS
Atelier is unable to offer returns or exchanges on any used products. If your product is unused, not damaged and in it's original packaging we will offer you an exchange (of equal or lesser value) or store credit to be used on future retail purchases. This store credit cannot be used for services rendered.
